Being caregivers, it is not an easy task as their jobs are to assist their Persons With Vulnerabilities (PWV) who have difficulty coping with their daily activities. As they feel overwhelmed with stress, it may lead to their mental and physical burnout. They will also become more negative and less caring to their PWV. In order to relieve their stress, they need to find ways to spend their time doing activities that they will enjoy.
Art Therapy helps them to be more aware of themselves and learn to control their emotions. They will enjoy the process of doing art with their PWV and hence, their relationship will be improved. In this way, they are able to show more caring towards their PWV without being overburdened with stress
