It is common for students to have mental health such as emotional, psychological and social well-being. There are many problems that they face in their school life. For example, how do they cope with stress? How to socialise with their classmates? Why do people always bully them?
Mental health is very important to them. Hence, art is one of the ways to improve their mindset. Art is not only to help them to relieve stress but also to boost their self-esteem. It doesn’t matter how well they can draw or craft. Most importantly, they will feel a great sense of pleasure once they complete their art or craft.
ArtSE provide workshops for the students in order to help them to express their feelings into art. They will feel more secure in their environment as they do not require to use verbal communication. In this way, they will slowly learn to cope well with themselves.
